INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Room Diffusion: Place 3-4 drops for smaller size diffusers and 5-6 drops for larger size diffusers.
Hand diffusion: Place 1tap in palm. Rub hands together.
Cup hands over nose and mouth. Inhale at least 6 times. 
Make a cavity with palms, and inhale into the lungs.
Topically: For headache relief, rub a drop on your temples and between brows or where the pain intiated.  Massage 1-2 drops into back of neck.
