INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Room Diffusion: Place 3-4 drops for smaller size diffusers and 5-6 drops for larger size diffusers.
Hand Diffusion: Place ½ to 1 drop in palm. Rub hands together. Cup hands over nose and mouth. Inhale at least 6 times, for hand diffusion. 
Topically: Massage 1-2 drops into back of neck or on brow chakra.
